A NOTE FROM MARIE
Finding your footing through change
Even a change you chose can leave you unsure of where you stand.
A new job, a move, a shift in a relationship, or a new stage of life can bring possibility and uncertainty at the same time. You may be grateful for an opportunity and still miss what was familiar. You may know a change was necessary and still feel unsettled by it.
When life is changing, people may expect a clear answer to “What’s next?” Sometimes you do not have one yet. That does not mean you are doing the transition badly. It may mean you need time to understand what this chapter asks of you and what you want to carry forward.
I often begin by listening for what has changed around you and what has changed within you. We can notice what still feels steady, what feels less certain, and where your own values can help you make a choice. There is no need to turn every question into an immediate decision.
Small anchors can matter while you find your footing: a conversation with someone you trust, a familiar routine, or a little time to think before saying yes. If you want a place to sort through the mixed feelings, we can do that together without pretending that change is simple.
You do not need the whole map to take the next step.
